Administrator

Colleen Rodney

Colleen Rodney was promoted to Administrator of Alden Estates of Evanston in February 2008 after serving as Placement Coordinator at Alden Des Plaines since August 2006. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and educating and motivating staff. Colleen's career in long-term care began when she was only 15 years old as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home. She has held a variety of positions ever since, including Activity Aide, Social Service Director and Marketing Liaison. Colleen has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Western Illinois University and is pursuing a Nursing degree.

Director of Nursing

Richelle P. Hofilena, BSN, RN, MBA

Richelle Hofilena came to Alden Estates of Evanston as Assistant Director of Nursing in May 2007 and was promoted to Director of Nursing five months later. Previously, she worked as a staff nurse at Alden Des Plaines Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. Richelle has a bachelor's degree in Nursing as well as an MBA from the University of St. LaSalle in the Philippines. She also has a master's degree in Nursing at West Negros University in the Philippines.

Admission Director

Gina Calalay

Gina Calalay has been the Admission Director at Alden Estates of Evanston since June 2001. She has 10 years of health care experience, beginning in 1996 at Alden Lincoln Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center as Activity Aide. Gina has a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Devine Wood University in the Philippines.
